For the commercial GC, the project manager, and the office assistant pulling a bid package together at the deadline.

Belle Vie's commercial line covers the millwork a GC, architect, or owner's rep needs to coordinate across a fitout. Casework, wall paneling, ceiling treatments, custom display fixtures, conference and reception millwork, and the wood elements that read as part of the architecture itself. Every project ships with a bid package the GC's office can submit without rework, and a build-spec document at the tolerance the architect of record wrote against.

What you receive

What we build

Casework and fixtures

  • Reception desks, conference-room casework, retail display fixtures, point-of-sale stations, hospitality lobby millwork, restaurant front-of-house and back-of-house casework, medical and dental cabinetry.
  • Lockers, shelving systems, integrated banquette bases, mudroom and entry casework, and the cabinet-side of any commercial kitchen we coordinate with.

Wall paneling and ceiling treatments

  • Feature walls, executive-office paneling, accent panels behind back-bars and reception stations, restaurant booth paneling, slat walls, and rift-cut or quarter-sawn paneling where the architecture asks for it.
  • Coordinated to the lighting plan: the wood goes up after the rough-in, and the rough-in we left makes the lighting clean.

Custom and signage millwork

  • Branded retail fixtures, dimensional signage carved or routed in solid wood, mock-ups for design intent review, and the one-off pieces that exist on a single project and nowhere else.
  • We bid these as line items inside a larger package; we do not chase one-off millwork as a standalone trade.

Project and geographic envelope

  • We bid commercial projects at every scale where the millwork is part of the architecture, not a commodity line item. Lead time runs twelve to eighteen weeks from contract execution to ship, depending on AWI grade and finish complexity.
  • We deliver and install across New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Outside that envelope by inquiry, with out-of-region freight quoted per project.

Bid-ready documentation

Bid response

  • Line-item pricing against the spec we received, broken out by area and trade hand-off.
  • Named alternates, named exclusions, and a basis-of-bid reference list (drawings and addenda dates).

Submittal package

  • Shop drawings at AWI scales, finish samples, hardware schedule, and product cut sheets, organized to the CSI sections the spec calls for: 06 22 00 Millwork, 06 40 00 Architectural Woodwork, 06 41 00 Architectural Wood Casework, 06 42 00 Wood Paneling.
  • Stamped where the AHJ requires it.

Closeout package

  • Operations and maintenance manual, finish touch-up materials, written warranty, marked-up as-built drawings.
  • Substantial completion sign-off coordinated with the GC and architect of record.

Coordination

Submittal handling

  • Tracked submittal log, RFI process, and response-time commitments.
  • Architect's review goes faster when the submittal arrives complete on the first pass.

Trade handoff

  • One-page coordination sheet so the AV, IT, and electrical subs know what we have prepped and where their scope picks up.
  • Shared with the GC at award; updated through the build.

Owner-architect-contractor presence

  • We attend OAC meetings, pre-install meetings, and field-verification visits as the project schedule requires.
  • Punch list and substantial completion close out coordinated with the GC.

How we price it

Commercial is bid per project against the spec the architect or GC sends us. We respond to bid packages and RFQ packages on the GC's deadline, with line-item pricing, submittal-ready cutsheets, and a procurement schedule. No published per-cabinet pricing, because no two commercial fitouts are the same scope. Inquire with the spec, the deadline, and the install window. We will respond.

Lead time

Lead time runs twelve to eighteen weeks from contract execution to ship, depending on AWI grade and finish complexity.

The bid lands on time. The cabinet matches the spec. The shop is ours.
