Integration

We leave you the wire.

Most cabinet shops stop at the box, the door, and the finish. The wiring, the charging, the lighting controls end up being the contractor's problem, or no one's. Belle Vie thinks about the wires. The cabinet is built ready, whether the fixtures ship today or in three years.

The Wire

Routed into the case at the shop. Not screwed to it on site.

Every Belle Vie cabinet ships rough-in-ready for under-cabinet LED, in-drawer LED, in-toe-kick power, and one Qi puck per primary surface. The chase is cut during shop assembly, while the case is still apart. Doing it after install is a $300 to $600 service call per location, plus drywall patching. Doing it now costs a few minutes per run. The asymmetry is the pitch.

24V LED stub-outs at every upper-cabinet bottom
Low-voltage chase from toe-kick to one drawer per stack
120V capped pull at one location per island for future pop-up or Prado
Qi puck bore pattern marked, not drilled, at breakfast bar, island, primary vanity, nightstand

The Light

Tunable white as the default. The fixtures are your call.

24V tunable-white LED (2700 to 4000 Kelvin) is the opinionated baseline. The same cabinetry reads warm in evening and clean during prep, off the same fixtures, on the same dimmer. Routing is Lutron and Ketra ready, to their published millwork tolerances. We are not the lighting integrator. We are the prep shop that leaves the integrator the cleanest possible build.

Under-cabinet, in-toe-kick, inside-glass LED (per linear foot)
In-drawer magnetic-switch LED on top vanity and pantry drawers
Behind floating shelves and inside open casework via recessed routed channel
Lutron Ketra D2 and D3 routing tolerances

The Scene

Charging, power, and access, where they belong.

The 2023 NEC change ended side-of-island outlets for the work surface. The clean answer is a pop-up tower or a Prado-style flush under-cabinet outlet. We build for that spec by default. Qi pucks go in stone or wood to the manufacturer-published depth tolerances. Senseon RFID locks handle liquor cabinets and home-office files without putting a keypad on a drawer.

Qi2 15W pucks installed in stone (up to 25mm) or wood (up to 30mm)
Docking Drawer Blade, UL-listed, thermostat-protected, 15A
Pop-up tower or Prado Discreet for islands (2023 NEC compliant)
Senseon RFID cabinet locks (Accuride) for liquor and files
USB-C PD 30W+ at toe-kick or upper-bottom
Built ready for
Lighting
LED routed into the case, not screwed to it.
Charging
Qi pucks and Docking Drawers, spec'd to NEC 2023.
Access
RFID locks for liquor and files. No keypads on drawers.

The fixtures are your call. The wire is already there.
