We do not assemble cabinets from boxes. We design, cut, finish, and deliver every piece from our New Hampshire shop, built to your exact specifications.
Design
Every project starts with full 3D modeling. Elevations, floor plans, and renderings before a single cut is made.
Engineered to the millimeter. Contractor-ready PDFs to your build, the model to our shop floor.
01CNC cutting
Cases cut to 0.1mm accuracy on our CNC. UV-finished maple plywood, paint-grade HDF, or solid wood. Every panel precision-machined.
Zero material waste. Every panel labeled and sequenced for assembly.
02Doors and fronts
Door frames and panels milled to your spec. Shaker, raised panel, slab, beadboard, glass insert, arch.
Maple, cherry, oak, paint-grade HDF. Walzcraft when the spec calls for it.
03Drawer systems
Dovetail-joined boxes paired with soft-close slides. Smooth, silent, rated for the load you are putting on them.
100 lb rated, 5-year warranty. Undermount or side-mount. Eagle boxes, Blum slides.
04Assembly
Cases assembled with concealed connectors. No visible fasteners, maximum structural integrity.
Every box squared, verified, and tagged before finishing. Lamello Tenso on the finished joints.
05Finish and deliver
Hand-sanded, primed, and finished in our booth. Paint, stain, natural, or glazed. Wrapped and delivered to site.
Climate-controlled finishing booth. Protective wrap on every piece.
06Every panel cut to tolerance tighter than a human hair.
Designed, cut, assembled, and finished in our shop. No overseas panels.
